My dad is selling his Volvo 240GL and there's this guy that is 'out of town', 'usually does cash deals', and wants to pay with PayPal. Didnt come to inspect the car really but he wants to buy it anyway. He did say after the payment is cleared he will get an agent to pick up the car, and with cars having titles and stuff its hard to steal but I honestly find it fishy.
