Car maintenance question. Sorry if this isn't the proper subreddit

I own a 2002 Cadillac Seville. It has been overheating in city driving conditions, but not st higher speeds.

I replaced the thermostat and the fan and fan clutch seem to be working properly. What should I look at next?
