Trying to buy a new car, can I go to a dealership with a TrueCar quote and not get laughed off of the property?

I can't really explain why, but I've been really hesitant to do this for some reason. It just feels weird.

Edit: I also have a fear that if I do this they will have some speech prepared telling me how the price is BS and no dealer will respect it. Or that they will tell me they can, but here are a bunch of standard non-negotiable fees that will coincidentally bring the grand total to sticker price, and not to worry all the dealers do this.
