Tell us what you want in our First Production Car!

Hi, Reddit!

I’m Jennarong M., from VanaticalDesign, Bangkok, Thailand. You've seen my work before, such as the Aston Martin DB11 Concept, the PSC Motors SP-200 SIN, the Koenigsegg Legera, and the Jaguar "Envision" XK.

Everyone wants a car that is rear wheel drive, sporty, and fun to drive. But what they need is a car that is practical, fuel economic, and works as a daily driver. What we want to do is to have both in one.

Why can't we have a car like that? A sporty car that costs $20k-25k while at the same time being a 4 seater and is practical. The production costs for a car like that would be pretty high, but we're not selling for profit, the business plan is to eat up the production costs and requesting little profit, for example the car could cost $20,500 to produce, and we sell it for only $21,000.

The car is aimed at the enthusiasts, but we’re planning to appeal to the masses as well. The car would be bought online from our website, where you can choose individual options such as which bumper would you like, or if you want a loud exhaust or a quiet one, and a manual or automatic. The plan is whatever you choose, the price won’t change, it stays the same, so whether you want a fierce, loud car or a subtle, and quiet daily driver you won’t have to pay extra for them.

Heres a sketch of what the car could look like.

And Here’s one with an alternate front end.

(I’m still getting used to my new drawing tablet, so I apologize if it’s a little messy and unprofessional.)

We want to be able to build a car that every enthusiast wants, the holy grail of cars perhaps, and thats why we need your help. I want to ask the community, the car enthusiasts, what you want or need in a car. If it goes according to plan we could have a prototype ready as soon as December.

Best, Jennarong M. of VanaticalDesign, Bangkok, Thailand.

TL;DR Tell us what you want in a car, a car you want, (RWD, Manuals etc) or a car you need. (Practicality, Fuel Economy etc)

EDIT: I'm trying to reply to as much comments as I can! Way too much!

EDIT2: I appreciate the consecutive criticism everyone is willing to give! It's given me the ability to patch holes and improve my business plan and strategy! But I'm sorry that I won't be able to reply until tomorrow morning, as it's after midnight here, and I'm getting a little sleepy!

EDIT3: I see lots of people being skeptical or the ones downright saying its ridiculous and won't happen. Lets see the look on your faces once it pops up later this year shall we?
