I recently bought a 2015 Fiesta ST.
My girlfriend showed me how to drive manual in her beautiful 2005 WRX wagon. I thought I enjoyed driving my Mazda3, but I was absolutely blown away by the feeling of driving something that's all wheel drive, turbo, and manual. I quickly became fixated on the idea of owning a car that speaks to me.
The Fiesta ST is easily the most fun I've ever had driving a car. It might not be the fastest thing in a straight line, but when the turbo kicks in it tugs at you in a way that other cars don't. I'm thinking it's because the thing is so damn small. I got a brand new zippy car with leather bucket seats, push to start, a sun roof, and decent fuel economy for $23,000. Also, the aftermarket support and community is huge and alive. Any question you might have can be answered online.
If you're on the fence about buying one of these, do it. I promise you won't regret it.
