I found one for cheap that needs minimal work (I mean MINIMAL). The car, as a whole, is in virtually mint condition. No tears in the seats, all the seals are good, the interior is clean... quite the specimen.
I rarely ever see Conquests, so it'll be quite a unique vehicle to play with. It's a 1987 Chrysler Conquest and, from what I've read, the first thing I'll need to do (other than the work needed to get it running) is get an updated ECU or an ECU from a 1988 or 1989 model. It also sounds like I'll have to look into upgrading the fuel system if I'm going to run more boost.
I'm not trying to get a 500 WHP monster or anything, but I would like to make it a bit more zippy. 250 WHP doesn't seem impossible by any means with this car.
