My mother had a roomate who recently died, he owned a late 90's Cadillac sedan. He had no will and no family. His car is sitting in the garage going unused. My mother has the keys but no title. I have no car and have never owned one so far (early twenties) so excuse my ignorance but I'd really like to salvage this car if it can be done. I live in Colorado if that helps any.
