2013 FRS AC compressor cycles on and off?

I have a 2013 FRS and when I have the AC running at idle the compressor kicks on and then back off again every 15 to 20 seconds.

Any thoughts as to what the issue is? Never had another car do this, and the AC runs cold so it's not causing any problems at the moment, just wondering if something is about to fail.
