Setup for Failure on Driving Test (the instructor had me do illegal things) ...anyone else experience this?

First of all I would like to point out that literally the number 1 rule on the list of rules that are on my driving record, is that I will not be tricked in anyway. Keep that in mind.

On to the story...

There were 12 people taking it and I was number 10. The test took only about 10min for each driver, I live in a small town. As I waited in my car I could see all the other people get tested, so I knew in advance where I would be going. Everyone went to a stop sign, and then turned left. EVERYONE. However, when it came my turn she had my turn right. I was a little confused but I didn't think much of it as I was more focused on the road. She then said some words that made me go in my head..."huh???". She goes and I quote, "Pull over on this YELLOW CURB and park like you are going to be parking overnight. Curbs painted yellow in my state (and almost every other state) mean that it is illegal to park there. However, I did it anyway because I was told to. After finishing that, she had me pull back out onto the road and continue straight. As we approached a street she told me to make my turnabout (3 point turn) on that street. So I put on my turn signal and started to turn into the road.

When making a three point turn you have 2 options. You can either pull into the road and then back out of it so that your facing the other way, or you can pull in front of the road, back into it and then go the other way.

So as I'm turning into the road I hear my instructor scream "What are you doing!! This is a one way road!!" On impulse I came to a stop and then I just say "What?...oh...??" I was extremely confused as to why the fuck I was instructed to perform a 3 point turn on a one way street. REVERSING ON A ONE WAY STREET IS CONSIDERED GOING THE WRONG WAY UNLESS YOU ARE PARALLEL PARKING, THEREFORE MAKING IT ILLEGAL

The instructor then just simply had me pull in to a parking lot where I thought I would be given another chance. I thought maybe they hadn't even realized it was a one way, as it was poorly marked. But no, they had me turn around and go back to the DMV. I was informed I got an automatic failure for NOT DOING THE 3 POINT TURN...

I think it was pretty obvious that the instructor picked a number out of 12 and happened to pick mine, 10, to fail. Remember that I was THE ONLY ONE who went right instead of left at the first turn. To make things worse, I tried to set up another appointment asap the next week. However, for whatever reason, I was not able to. I then tried the next week but it was too close to thanksgiving they told me. So I had to wait 3 weeks to take it again...

I'm taking it again in 2 days from now. I will update on if I get fucked over again or if some other number besides mine gets picked for failure.

Thanks in advance for any responses or other stories that you might have about experiences with driving tests.
