1964 Chevy Impala, worth?

Hi guys, I saw for sale an old four-door Impala, and was wondering if its price tag was worth it. Let me start off by saying, I checked this car out at night, and therefore have no pictures and haven't completely seen the car. From the exterior, the car is pristine. I saw no dents, dings, scratches, or rust. It had a beautiful white paint job (with another color I believe, but I forgot). I couldn't get a clear look inside, but the interior seemed nicely upholstered. The car has 27,000 miles (I couldn't believe it when I saw the sign), so I assume everything underneath is in great condition too. The car has World's Fair plates, which I found interesting but I don't know if that means anything. All for $9,500. I'm not sure if that is a good price for that car, since I've been told that it's not that valuable of a car, but I adore it, ever since I posted that last thread about a '63 Impala rust palace that I foolishly wanted to restore. From what I saw, the car is not a convertible, it is not the SS version, and I'm not sure if the tranny is automatic or manual. Thoughts?
