I live out of my van, I have a few questions about my battery usage

I live in a 2006 Honda minivan, 90k miles, not sure how old the battery is, but literally haven't had one problem with it ever (it was my mom's van). I drive across the country doing this and that. My phones always dead, though. I always have gas in it, run it everyday, etc.

Would I be able to leave the phone charger connected to my phone without draining the battery? Assume that's the only thing being used, no lights. It's a miniusb port for an LG G4

But also, I use an interior light on the ceiling as a reading light for an hour or two a night...never had a problem with battery there either.

So essentially, will a phone charger or an interior light drain the battery?

Also assume everything in the car is in good condition.
