What did you end up doing with it?
I had an 88 toyota corolla way back in 2000 to 2004 or so. It did alright, but was a total beater. I had to replace the radiator, alternator, the muffler/exhaust system including cat. It sprang a rather bad gasoline leak that I repaired by cutting the fuel lines, sliding some rubber hose over the break and clamping it with some hose clamps. The fuel pump eventually went out and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. My parents let me borrow their van while I looked for another car. Eventually I borrowed a trailer and hauled it to the junk yard. While securing it to the trailer, I noticed some rust was spreading on the rear fender, so I tapped it with my finger and most of the quarter panel turned to dust before my eyes. It had rotted almost all the way up to the rear window.
