WWYD? 99 Accord worth $2200, with body damage $1700 to repair

I have a '99 Honda Accord with 225k miles. KBB prices it around $2250. I got rear ended the other day by someone who has insurance. They were drunk and driving on a suspended license. Luckily no one was hurt. They are insured by GEICO.

The bumper and brake/turn lights will need to be replaced. Right-rear quarterpanel will need be repaired and refinished. Quotes I am getting are around $1500-$1700 but will go up I'm sure once they pull the bumper off and see any damage in there.

I can make it drive-able myself for $150 or so and keep the difference.

The motor runs great! I just put a new transmission into it at 200k miles. The interior is worn and the paint is dull, flaking, and scratched. It would be nice to have something newer, but it does everything I need it to do: get me to work reliably.

What would you do?

Make it drive-able and sell it?

Make it drive-able, keep it, and live with the shame of a dented up car?

Get it fixed and keep it?

Get it fixed and sell it?

I have been debating getting something newer and faster. This might be my excuse to go through with it.

TIA!
